The northwest corner of West Broadway and Broome has been empty for so long—since Tommy Hilfiger’s flagship closed way back in 2012—that it was beginning to seem like it’d be empty forever, but broker Ryan Serhant (whom you may know from as one of the stars of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York) has signed a lease and is moving his headquarters there from its current location in Tribeca. According to Serhant, it “covers all four floors, and spans over 15,000 Square Feet. I can’t wait until our agents get to start working here this Spring. Every Serhant department (Studios, ID Lab, Ventures, ADX, Signature and New Development) will be based here too.”
Currently in full build-out, he’s hoping to open what will be known as SERHANT.House in the spring; when finished, the building will contain his firm’s employees and also serve as a meeting hub for his agents that work remotely, as well as clients and agents who belong to his firm’s membership programs.
Serhant currently represents four listings in our area: one for rent, another for sale, and two for rent or sale.
